Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AdTRUE Global corporate website. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use the site for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organisation.
Website purpose
This site provides general information about AdTRUE, its advertising technology, inventory, solutions, research and business activities. Website content is not a binding offer, guarantee of inventory, forecast, commitment or professional advice.
Advertising campaigns, publisher arrangements, platform access, service levels, fees, data processing and measurement are governed only by the separate written agreement signed for those services. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the relevant service.

Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory rights or forum that applicable law gives you, disputes relating to the corporate website will be submitted to the competent courts of Hanoi, Vietnam.
General terms
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
